Named for Ellen Stuban and Joanne Rubin, these two mavens knew the best place to eat, where to find an honest tailor, and how to get to your desired destination - BEFORE GOOGLE!
These two women helped shape our founder, Hillary Glaser, into the marketing maven she is today. Their moxie - or chutzpah (as we call it), helped our founder go to bat for her clients from the very start. They taught her to do marketing the yenta way.

HILLARY GLASER
Hillary is a native of Metro-Detroit with an unusual career path. She got her start as a hair stylist and makeup artist - learning to market herself to others. When her Polish grandmother begged her to go back to school and learn "computers", she did. Hillary learned to code and realized how much she hated it but she haphazardly found SEO in the process and it stuck with her for over 20 years.
After moving to Israel to attend college, one of the only jobs she could get was as a marketing director for a start-up eCommerce company. Post-graduation, Hillary continued to work in marketing and found it to be a unique challenge when she made her way state-side working for an advertising agency.
When she's not working, she's hanging out with her two sons and husband in the zoo that is their household with multiple dogs, a lizard, and two frogs. She also spends her time volunteering in the PTA (something she's VERY proud of) and a local soccer organization.

STACI GERARDI
Staci is a New York native who began her digital marketing career after spending years as a "traditional" marketing executive in corporate America. After becoming a mother for the second time in 2008, she decided to say goodbye to the traditional career she spent over 20 years in to be a more hands-on parent. Whilst at home with her two small children, she decided to create a career that would allow her to use her passion in life to be of service to small business owners.

She managed to create a unique role in the content marketing space that allows her to use her soul purpose: writing - servicing small businesses and larger corporations. Her journalism degree, roles in traditional corporate marketing, and her many years in the digital marketing space have afforded her the opportunity to hone her writing skills and develop into a skilled writer that can capture a company's voice and vision as she crafts SEO-driven content (written and visual).
When she's not writing, she's usually annoying her teenagers (at least that's what they say she's doing), snuggling on the couch with her fur babies (some would call them pet dogs, they would be wrong), cooking with her daughter (but more often just eating what her aspiring chef daughter has cooked or baked), binging on Netflix shows with her son, reading, traveling with her kids (human and fur), and doing DIY home renovations to her Long Island, New York home.
Her days are powered by gallons of coffee and consuming an avocado a day.
